To ensure complete privacy and a seamless attendee experience, the entire resort was exclusively reserved for the event. As a result, every venue across the property became part of the conference journey.
Rather than keeping delegates inside meeting rooms throughout the event, every aspect of the conference was designed to embrace the beachfront environment. At the same time, the professionalism expected from an international business conference was maintained.
The First Beach Conference in Phuket
One of the most remarkable achievements of the C7 Beach Conference was becoming the first full-scale conference in Phuket to move business meetings and exhibition activities directly onto the beach.
Instead of conventional exhibition halls, delegates attended scheduled meetings while walking between exhibition booths built directly on the sand. Comfortable networking lounges overlooked the Andaman Sea, creating a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged meaningful conversations and stronger business relationships.

The event was carefully designed as a complete three-day conference experience.
The conference opened with an exclusive welcome dinner featuring a live karaoke band. This gave delegates the opportunity to relax, network, and enjoy an entertaining evening together before business sessions began.
Over the following two days, delegates attended one-on-one business meetings and explored beachfront exhibition booths. They also connected with industry partners in casual networking lounges by the sea.
