Jabu Events was appointed to design and manage an unforgettable Private Party in Phuket for a group of friends from the United States. The event was hosted on an exclusive private island off Phuket’s east coast. It featured a luxury daytime pool party before transforming into a spectacular Arabian Nights Theme Party after sunset.
Originally planned almost two years in advance, the project faced multiple postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it finally took place in December 2021.
The Brief
The client wanted more than just a private celebration. Their vision was to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It had to combine luxury, exclusivity, and immersive entertainment in one of Phuket’s most unique locations.
The concept included a relaxed pool party during the day. Then, this was followed by an elegant Arabian Nights themed evening featuring premium décor, entertainment, catering, lighting, and complete event production.
The goal was to create a Private Party in Phuket that combined luxury, exclusivity, and immersive entertainment on a private island.
Planning & Logistics
Delivering a Private Party in Phuket on an offshore island required extensive planning and coordination.
Unlike a conventional venue, there was no permanent event infrastructure available. Every element of the event had to be transported by sea from mainland Phuket.
Lighting and sound systems, themed décor, furniture, catering equipment, entertainment, technical production, event supplies, and operational crew all had to arrive according to a carefully planned logistics schedule.
Our team coordinated approximately 16 boats to transport all production equipment, materials, supplies, and crew members to the island before guests arrived.
The event also required additional health and safety planning. All crew members and entertainers completed COVID-19 testing less than 12 hours before the event. In addition, there were comprehensive preventive measures throughout the production.
Event Execution
As guests arrived on the island, they were welcomed into an exclusive luxury pool party overlooking the Andaman Sea.
Later in the evening, Jabu Events transformed the venue into an immersive Arabian Nights experience with elegant themed décor, professional lighting, premium entertainment, and fine catering, creating a seamless transition from a relaxed afternoon pool party to a vibrant evening celebration.
Throughout the event, Jabu Events managed every operational detail, including supplier coordination, entertainment scheduling, production management, logistics, and on-site event execution. This approach ensured everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.
