Your venue should be able to hold all your guests, service staff, entertainers, etc. Likewise, your venue should be affordable based on your budget. This will filter through a lot of options straight away

2. Cooperative Venue

   Each wedding is unique and comes with its own set of requirements. The venue you choose should be accommodating to all your reasonable requests. Chances are if they are not at the onset, they won’t be during the actual wedding

3. Ambiance of Venue

   You need to feel the love after all your wedding is a celebration of love. Phuket has an abundant supply of stunning beaches, cliffs, party decks, hotels, restaurants, luxury yachts to choose from. Choose where you feel the love most!

4. Logistics

   All event venues ideally should be as close to one another as possible. You prefer not having to transport your guests over long distances. It would help to choose a hotel or venue that can accommodate most of your events within the same premises

   Choose the right wedding planner who has an existing relationship with the venue of your choice.    Ideally you would want your venues exclusive to you and your guests. For example, check if the venue will allow you to host a private pool party if that’s what you want? Or if the restaurant they offer will be exclusive to you and your guests. You really don’t want random people showing up at your events as the venue decided to open to their regular customers as well

   It is extremely important to check the restrictions imposed by the venue vis-à-vis your events. If you plan to have a party that is scheduled for an outdoor venue, check if the venue imposes any time and sound restrictions. The last thing you want is the venue to shut down your party as your insane DJ is rocking the dance floor but the venue feels its too loud or they have a time restriction of say 10 pm
