VBL (Varun Beverages), one of Pepsi’s key bottling partners in India, reached a major achievement with the production of its first-ever Pepsi bottle.
This milestone represented growth, capability, and readiness on a global stage.
From Client Brief to Execution by an Event Planner Bangkok
When the client first approached us, the objective was clear.
This was not meant to be just another sales conference.
It had to be a celebration that reflected VBL’s scale, ambition, and success.
The challenge was the structure of the project itself.
Multiple international outsourcing teams, several local suppliers, and no single central organizer meant that information shifted constantly. Show cues changed, agendas evolved, and decisions often had to be made in real time.
As an Event Planner Bangkok, our role was to take control of the full event flow — from planning to execution — and ensure that every moment stayed on track.
3 Days, 3 Venues, 1 Production Vision
Over three days, the event moved across three very different venues in Bangkok:
a river cruise, Shangri-La Grand Ballroom, and ICONSIAM Hall.
Each location required a unique approach, but the experience had to feel cohesive.
We managed stage design, lighting, sound, LED visuals, international performances, and backstage operations across all venues. Our team coordinated front-of-house flow, technical execution, and live show control while adapting to last-minute changes throughout the event.
Delivering Under Pressure as an Event Planner Bangkok Thailand
What made this project stand out was not only the scale, but the pressure.
Without a full run-through or final cue sheet in advance, our team operated as the practical showcaller on site. We adjusted cues live, reorganized stage setups within minutes, resolved playback issues, and restored systems immediately when unexpected situations occurred.
This is where experience matters — and where being an Event Planner Bangkok is not just about planning, but about staying calm and making the right decisions when it counts.
A Celebration That Guests Remembered
Across all three days, more than 250 guests from India and Thailand experienced a seamless and well-paced event. From conference sessions and awards to international performances and the final gala night, each segment flowed smoothly despite the complexity behind the scenes.
The Gala Night at ICONSIAM became a defining highlight — a moment that captured VBL’s journey and success in a way words alone could not.
