Sound Solutions

At Jabu Events, we care about your event. We take the time to better understand your event before offering you a solution. Our sound solutions include the quantity required, speaker positioning, and a cabling plan. We calculate the quantity required based on the number of people in the audience, the venue,e and size. The positioning of speakers is based on the stage design and seating plan. We offer both flying sound as well as sound stacked on the ground or on stage. We also offer solutions where the speakers are built into the design and are virtually invisible. Our cabling plan ensures messy wires are not visible and nobody trips over them.

Sound checks are an important part of our set-up, and no event set-up is complete without a proper sound check. We check not just the PA system and all speakers, but also check all mics, including standby mics. Each mic is checked from a distance to the stage as well as to the sound control. This is done to ensure that wireless mics work no matter where the speaker moves within the venue. At Jabu Events, we do not compromise on the quality of mics. Mics are fragile and the easiest piece of equipment to malfunction. As a contingency, we ensure we have stand-by mics near the stage and around the venue.
