Team Building

Our team building programs have one objective only, to deliver a TEAM.   We define a team as a group of people working together to achieve the same goal in the most efficient way.  Get ready to embark on a journey which takes you to one of the most beautiful island archipelagos in Asia and is also a journey of self-realization and understanding of one’s own strengths and weaknesses as individuals and as a team.

All our programs come with customized themes complete with adventure, excitement and a role-playing storyline.  Programs may be executed in Phuket, Phang Nga and Krabi either on land, on a private boat or on deserted islands & beaches.  Choose between half day, full day and one night two day programs.   Experienced team building professionals execute our programs which are created based on your brief for objectives and goals desired to be achieved.   Our theme-based programs challenge team members to collaborate and work in unfamiliar circumstances taking them away from their comfort zone, forcing them to think and act beyond their everyday responsibilities. Activities within our programs focus on attributes such as creativity, communication, coordination, critical reasoning, physical endurance, teamwork and strategy.  Eventually co-workers come together to perform like an efficient team.  All programs end with a celebration where everyone gets a chance to rejoice and relax amongst the spectacular natural surroundings.
